Finally found the old record collection I had stashed away and forgotten about, in my dad's basement. It's a combination of my collection, my dad's and my aunts. I'm not sure whose these were, but they're mine now (actually my son's)!

Fun! My 7 year old bought two Beatles albums for 17 year old cousin for Christmas. They both enjoy 'em!

Nice find! I've heard that Introducing The Beatles on Vee Jay is one of the most widely bootlegged LP's of all time. You should go to one of the websites that gives the correct info about how to tell a real one from a fake.
That Hard Day's night looks nice and in mono....yeah,yeah,yeah!

I did some research, and it appears that the "Introducing" LP is the real deal. Apparently it might be worth a chunk of change.
Both are in great shape, but AHDN isn't quite as as rare. I also found a copy of Magical Mystery Tour with the photo book in it. But the spine is tearing, so I doubt there's much value.
They're going into frames and up on my kid's wall.

What are those round black things with the hole in the middle?
No doubt a fun thing to find, no matter what they are. Congrats.
I've got a mono Sgt Pepper's replete with insert from when it was released. However, I pretty much wore the grooves of it.

One of my brothers still has his "introducing" LP, too. No idea how genuine it is.
Another has the original release white album... in INCREDIBLY bad shape...

Just make sure you keep them away from direct sunlight, and also from too hot bulb light. Do not want the covers to fade.

Good points.. They won't be near either... And I figure the frames will be safer than the nastiness of my dad's basement.
Once I have the room, I'm going to bring up the rest of the collection. There are some fantastic old discs down there.

Probably worth looking into a couple pieces of conservation grade glass, aka museum glass for the frames. Won't be that expensive for something that size.

I always enjoyed that UA Hard Days Night soundtrack with the orchestrated band instrumental versions of their songs, especially the jazz-waltz version of the title tune, This Boy (Ringo's Theme), and I should have known better. There's some great clean guitar in those versions. I must search for some recordings of thoses.

This one is NOT a boot. I wouldn't play them, keep them in the condition they're in now.

That "Introducing" is a version 1 with "Love Me Do" as opposed to "Please Please Me"
Um, I'll give you 10 bucks for it....
Seriously, if its as clean as it looks, it's worth a few hundred bucks.
