I'm going to purchase a Two Studio Pro 35 head very soon. When I originally played the amp i played it with a cab that had a Celestion Blues in it. It sounded pretty amazing. My question is does anyone have any other good pairing ideas for this amp?

I really like TR's cabs with their speakers. I've only played the Emi version, not the WGS. Their cabs match soo well with their amps. A lot of people swap to EV, Celestions or ASW's with this style of amp but the EV's may be overkill for the 35 watt SP.

I was looking at those cabinets. What do you find different about those speakers verses the Celestion G12-65?

JBL D130F hempcone. Expensive, but there is no better speaker than a warm 60W 15" alnico. I am saving up for a Gainmaster just because I already have this speaker. Well, sure there are other reasons.

(To me) As a mainly clean player, I think they are tweaked to be a little warmer on the cleaner side of the spectrum.

This amp will be used for clean as well. I use a two amp rig. One distortion (Orange rockerverb 50) and one for clean ( This will soon be the the Studio Pro). I would like to put a tube screamer style pedal in front of the studio pro for some blues lead tones as well.

Then in that case I'd definately check one out. Can't go wrong in my opinion...

OK I ordered my Studio Pro 35 head. Very excited! I didn't order a cab yet. I think I'll try out some different speakers with the head and see what I like. Probably the safest way to make the decision right?

Ya, as long as you have access to some that's what I'd do. Best of luck. Let us know what you end up with
