I'm not sure what you mean, that's what happened. The black guy in the video is 50 and the guy beating him is a 67 year old, occasionally homeless, mentally disturbed guy. Nobody is in the right here. Ruso started it by making some thinly veiled racist remarks and although the other guy threw the first punch he obviously didn't stand a chance. It's not some heroic elderly person beating the shit out of some young punk like the internet wants you to believe.
