Very much badass!
Dave is SUCH a nice guy... it's always nice to see juicy stuff come out of his shop..
BTW what's that thingy that I see near the upper horn? A telephone mouthpiece? Boy - my contact lenses are shot! :D

That came out beautiful. The black hardware looks great. Let us know how it sounds.

Jingle,
It's a small mic... for feedback (textural element). To be honest I ripped the idea from Torn...
It'll take a LONG while to become proficient I'm sure.
Updates on sound to follow.

congrats. Yeah I dig those burst finishes over Limba and the back of the neck. Another builder has been doing them and they just look killer. Let us know how the small mic works out, that is interesting.

Norcal,
Yes it does, though I would imagine that has limited use (FEEEEEEDback), though I won't know till I try. I would imagine that it will get most use as a standalone "instrument" seperate to the guitar signal. We'll see...
I must say that David was extremely easy to work with/accomodating during the build. It took a little longer than it was supposed to but this was no fault of his. He was very open to any ideas/requirements and was extremely flexible with respect to all things related to design. He was also very accessible which made things less stressful for everyone... Thanks David. Definitely a good choice for my first completely custom guitar.
