Probably best to ask Greg. With 6V6s I'd have to guess close to 400V. If his is for biasing purposes assume 400V and you can't be far enough off for it to matter.

Im getting 430 on the 3rd pin. Im really not sure if im doing this right but I thought it sounded good in the 22-24 ma range per 6v6. that would be too hot at 430 correct?

430 is probably right. Pin 3 is the correct place to measure with your black lead on ground (the chassis will do).

22-24 is technically a bit high if you're looking at percentages. I usually say 20mA but I doubt 24 will make a serious lifespan impact. If you like it significantly better at 24 than 20 and don't mind shorter tube life, go for it.
