Speaker doping?

Hey Folks,

Anyone know a few product recommendations for doping a speaker?

I've heard Ted Weber suggests Elmer's rubber adhesive. Is that just plain old rubber cement?

Also...are these products DILUTED at all before application?

Thanks, but I'm really interested in doping a GUITAR speaker...specifically a smooth-coned P15N.
