At the suggestion of a bandmate I bought one of these to serve 2 purposes. It makes it easy to move your amp/cab around and it gets your cab off the ground at gigs. This only cost $10. It's a furniture dolly.

I use it with my Avatar 2x12 cab and it makes moving the head/cab around a piece of cake at our practice space. It is exactly the same width as my Avatar 2x12 cab.
Yes, I'm getting old....(and lazy).:p

My bass player does. And he doesn't go anywhere without it.

These are usually about 7-10 bucks at Harbor Freight Tools..just got the flyer in the mail and the special is usually $7.99

I have a couple - handy around the house as well as moving speaker cabs and combos. We have wood floors so it is a nice way to move the stuff in and out of my storage closet.

The only issue I have had with them when I take them out to a gig is catching a rock and almost losing the load. Perhaps a strap or two would be a good idea.

One of our guitarists at church uses two! they are perfect for zooming around under the stage, lying ontop, to get around to check mic placements etc! priceless!
