I was wondering what other humbucking pickups are there that aren't PAF based.

Such as Filter'trons, etc. Fender Wide Range buckers,

I don't want another PAF based pickup because I have too many guitars with PAF tupe pickups

Bill Lawrence, and Joe Barden are not PAFs.
TV Jones makes several Gretsch flavored pups that are good.
Mini humbuckers can be great...

Fiirebird pickups are a little different too. And there was a guy who made transparent pickups with a coil around each polepiece. I can't remember who though.

There are a lot of humbuckers that won't give a PAF sound - so the question is what kind of sound are you after? Higher output - lower output - less mids - more bass, etc.

Lots of players love having something more low-output + "clear" in the neck pickup for clean/jazz

easy answer: a p90 sized humbucker :) or a p90 if you don't have an existing humbucker-sized guitar you're looking to insert into.

Ya know I picked up a Classic Gold Top at a local guitar store to just try....the Gibson with 495/500...blew me away. Playing it next to my 335 with BB 1&2s...I really liked the tone of those stock pickups.

In my case I have various paf type guitars with deffering high and low output and am covered with some excellent P-90s.

Just about anything over maybe 9K, with non standard poles like the Duncan Invader or Lawrence L series. Lots of Dimarzios look kind of like standard PAF styles but use different winds and magnet assemblies to get pickups that are definitely a step away from a traditional PAF type sound.
Do you want a different pickup just for the sake of being different or do you have a tonal goal in mind?

Lace Sensor and EMG come to mind.

Dimarzio Super Distortion. Classic sound, but definitely no PAF.
