I have spent countless hours looking for a new grab and go pedalboard.
I have owned a GT-6, GT-10, VG-99, GR-55, and have a large pedalboard.

Already decided against a GT-100, Digitech,Zoom, and (AXII, Kemper, 11Rack, only because of total cost incl foot controller).

Only just today, I made my final decision to give the HD-500 a go.
I had just been looking at completed sales on ebay for prices on used hd500's, which were around $375, and up, and Bingo, I check this forum and here's your thread, right on top, like a sign from the Gear Gods.

Glad to help and keep me posted how the process goes, I have not purchased anything from HelloMusic yet but the reports are good and the prices are great. Let me know when you get yours and if you need any guidance. It takes a little time to get comfy with the HD500 but its a great unit! Congrats!

many men say that it takes a long time to ship and that there is no warranty from the manufacturer. I called and it sounded like a woman answering from her home, she stated she didn't know long it would be before they shipped until they had a full tally of orders at the end of the week? sounds shady to me.

I bought an HD500 from Hello music a few weeks ago. Sent a couple emails asking questions. always got a quick reply. My HD500 arrived safe and sound about 2.5 weeks after placing my order. No issues, very pleased!

I took advantage of the first time buyer $30 off coupon and got mine for about $350 ish.

Very please with Hello. I was skeptical at first, but I would do business with them again. They state on their website if you want something in a few days or within a week, you should buy from someone else. I was in no hurry and got a great deal.

The 500 is over. It was a 2-3 day special, or just until that order ran out.
It will be back, but you have to check the site every day.
It will probably be a while until it is back on sale.
Today they have a DL4 for $184.
