Lower Balcony at the Beacon Theater - good seats?

My wife and I are going to NYC next weekend and we are thinking about going to see Daryl Hall and Sharon Jones at the Beacon on Saturday. I've never been to the Beacon before. For those who have, how is the lower balcony? I'm trying to avoid spending a fortune on tickets.

Been there several times. There is not a bad seat in the house. Lower balcony is awesome.
