Dilemma...

I have a few extra bucks laying around and I have a hankering for a new guitar.
I have a few options:
Fender 72 Deluxe Telecaster
Gretsch G5120
Gretsch Corvette
Epiphone ES-345
Epiphone Black Beauty

What do you guys think I should get and what mods would improve the tone overall?

What he said. The Lollar wide range are called Regals and they are superb.

They look really nice. I have Lollar P90s in my Epiphone Casino and they sound incredible so I bet these do too.

Probably the fender as the Epiphones and the Gretsch 5XXX series are considered lower in the manufacturing quality. I don't know about the Gretsch Corvette though so that could be a good choice as well. The main problem with these are the pickups (as I said, I don't know about the new corvettes though), so you may need to consider what a pickup upgrade would cost you.

I like the Corvettes because they sound unique. Plus it looks awesome and it has a Bigsby! I'm really leaning towards the Corvette at this point.
