I assume you mean the Dunlop Rotovibe?

The Rotovibe is more or less a chorus while he Univibe is a, well...Univibe.

The Univibe was more or less a failed attempt at recreating the sound of a Leslie rotating speaker in a stompbox format. The nice thing is that a wonderful sound was created instead, with a more phase-y and swirly quality to it. The Dunlop Rotovibe is one of the effects that is more true (or at least tries to be) to the original rotating speaker sound.

If you would like to know their circuit differences, that's where things get a bit confusing since I believe they are not very different (apart from some univibes that use photocells - I don't know if there are any Leslie sims that also use them).
