Had the good fortune of seeing Heart last night. Great seats too...3rd row. The entire band sounded great. Set list was heavy with 70s and 80s material, but they even tossed in a couple of new songs as well. Nice variety of guitars were used by Nancy and Craig Bartok. Check them out if they're playing near you.

AWESOME!! Thanks for sharing!!
I love that band, they just smoked in the late 70s in the middle of the disco scene! IMO, Ann is the best rock female vocalist ever! I've seent them 4 times over the years and the first concert left such a major impression on me .... front row in Richfield.

I've seen 'em a half dozen times in the last few years, never a bad show. Bartok nails that stuff eh? Cool pics!
Love Alive, still my favorite.
Did Ann hit all the notes on "Alone"? I saw them twice one year, the first time she did, the second time she struggled a little late in the tour.

I was a bit disappointed that they didn't play Love Alive. That's my favorite Heart tune.
Ann had no problems with any of the songs. That woman is cannon! For the final encore, they played "Love Reign O'er Me" by the Who. Absolutely amazing!
Bartok impressed me. He nailed everything on the classic songs, but threw in some cool embellishments here and there. Pretty much all Strats and Teles for him.
Nancy is still just a flat-out rock star. Graceful, yet highly energetic. Our seats were pretty close to her rig...close enough to hear/feel the sound from her rig. She's a really dynamic player. Didn't really fuss around with pedals or the onboard guitar controls. Basically altered her sound by adjusting her picking attack. She sounded really good. Looked to me like she had a Budda head and a Fender Prosonic or Tonemaster head. Needless to say, her acoustic work was cool too.
The girls look great too!!

I noticed that too. It would be great if she can get back to a healthy weight.

I saw them during the "Private Audition' tour and I saw them when they made a comeback too in the 1980's.

I saw them in the late 70's. Glad to see they're still touring. The Wilson sisters have some amazing voices and songs. Their band has always been excellent.

I'd like to take lessons from Nancy.
And, she could teach me to play guitar too....

I saw them last summer and the encore was The Battle of Evermore, followed by Love Reign O'er Me. My jaw dropped when I realized what they were playing a few notes into the Zep cover. I think that's the coolest thing I've ever witnessed at a concert.

Ann's looking slimmer than she has in decades, From a couple of YouTube videos I've seen recently Nancy is finally putting a little bit on and that's OK too. It's taken Ann a lot of work to get lose some weight and she should be commended. The fact that she has never given up and always carried the torch so to speak is not lost on me.
At one time Nancy had a pair of Tonemaster Heads. At one time a lot of name players used them, Page, Perry etc. Ann seems the only one left playing them these days.

The girls look, sound and perform excellently for their ages. Gotta remember that Ann is 62 and Nancy is 58. They are totally rockin' it! :rockin

I secretly wished that the Wilson sisters would have taken Plant's spot when the Zeppelin reunion rumors were floating around after the O2 show in 2007. That would have been rock and roll bliss had it happened.

Wow! I didn't realize how old they are. Both sisters look much younger than their true age.
