So sad...I never got to see them...great songwriting, harmonies &
musicianship...Larry had a great voice...

There are 5 concerts featured from 1977, on Wolfgang's Vault. I
especially like the 2nd one; Apr 29, 1977, University of Lowell.
Unfortunately I couldn't get a direct link to that show...

i) click on the URL
ii) copy "Orleans" & paste it in their web browser
iii) scroll down to "Orleans Concert Audio and Interviews in the Vault" &
click "play"

I remember his hits as a kid, and I am grateful.

Thanks Larry, and RIP

Very sad news. I used to see them at Max's Kansas City where my band played regularly. They were a super tight, funky band with excellent players and vocals.

A friend Al Ferante and member in the acoustic trio I work with, played guitar with Larry in Orleans for awhile, and a drummer I worked with did gigs with them as well. Great singer and a big loss.
