I thought it was only GEC that made the KT66, KT77 and KT88.. Kinda hard to tell from the picture but those look like Siemens EL34's ....however I don't think Siemens made them rather the tubes were made in East Germany.. I would ask the vendor exactly what they are offering..
Yup MOV..M-O Valve Company (or the Marconi-Osram Valve Company)
These look more like real KT77's , just look at the price price:eek: ... later black base ..

The description states they are Siemens but I guess they are MOV?. So they are not "real" KT-77's? Are they any good?and are they a direct replacement foe EL-34's?
How about these?

rockon,
I doubt they are true NOS KT77 rather Siemens EL34's which sound pretty darn good IMO

I have been doing a little checking into this tube and it seems that Groove Tubes have developed this tube in conjunction with JJ and have been selling this already (last year 2005) under the name of GT-EL34LS. The JJ KT77 is the same thing but now with the JJ logo on it.

if you're talking about the "GTE34Ls", hasn't that been around for some time already? And it's got rectangular slots in the plates (which the new JJ doesn't appear to have).
