Original grey frame JBL D110F cone code?

Don't remember JBL having cone codes printed on their cones.
Recones do alot though.

Does anyone have any pics of a Grey D110? I have only ever seen blackframe ones and according to catalogs black is the only color the D110 was ever offered in.

oops, the frame are black on the D110F's.

I saw a lot of grey frame D-110Fs

Now K-110s were black. There could have been other colors I did not see.
Fender had some Orange D-120Fs Don't know if there wer orange 110s as well.

I have original gray D-120F's in my 1969 Twin that have not been reconed. I can take a gander at the inside of the cones tonight if you'd like. I know they're not the 10" speakers but maybe it will show whether codes were on the cones.

I have about six original cone grey frame D120F's, but don't have much info on the early D110F's.

Anyone know if the gold and silver label D110F's are any different in tone from the orange and silver label D110F's?
