It's a MESA roadking head. After I play all the channels for 1-2 minutes, then it happened: intermittent noise in every channel, like paper being torn or crumpled. I wonder how I can do?
(3-4 months ago, after I played the channel3 & channel4 for 20-30 minutes, these two channels were barely audible. I had to switch to the channel1 or 2 for playing a few minutes then switched back, it would sound ok. I called mesa company and the local dealer, nothing helps)
so many funny things with the roadking, I think maybe it's time to let it go after Mr. Suhr release the 30 watts combo.;)

The crumpling paper (bacon frying in the pan sound) is typically only one of a few
things... too much current in a tube (it is does it on all channels, then likely output
or phase inverter if it is shared), bad ground or bad tube. If it is intermittent, but you
can make it go away by swithing to another channel, etc, it sounds like is could
be a tube, perhaps. If you have a set of known good tubes for it I would swap... if
that does not fix it, bring it to a known good tech to check out.

Thanks so much number9. I'll try to swap the tubes first.
