Last I heard (a couple of weeks ago) was "soon", but no definitive date. It's going to be cool, however (along with the introduction)--stay tuned!

Well NAMM is just around the corner.....
Seems the logical time he'd unveil it. :BEER

Playing my FV right now and its very sweet! Love to see what Guy's up to.

I emailed Guy a couple of months ago and he said he's working on it, but gave no ETA.

Hmmm. Last I heard, it was pretty much good to go. I'll have to check with them; but NAMM seems to be a good bet, though I can't confirm that. Just speculating, I haven't talked to Guy for a few months.

I just played a GT 100 for the first time yesterday. Holy Moly!
What an amazing amp. It's the Eric Johnson gain tone in a head. Just plug straight in without any EFX. Not a new metal amp by any means, but it has great clean and gain tones. It also did a real good Stevie Ray and Dumble type tone. I cant wait until NAMM to try the MV and maybe the combo.
Does anybody know if Guytron will be there?

I'd sure like to try the head with a Bogner 2x12 and A/B it to a Guytron 2x12.

Wow!
Gregory:)

MusicGearGuys, just so you know you can get metal tones out of the Guytron. This is what you do: Channel B Gain and Tone 3 o'clock, Bass, Treble and Presence, 3 o'clock with the mids at 9 or 10 o'clock, it's metal all the way. I learned this from John at Makin Music, he uses one for Prog rock and I just had to know how he got that Dual Rectifier tone. I don't use it much but it's cool to know it is possible. Maybe I'll have another amp for sale if the combo is as good as the head.

I have used my Guytron FV for just about every type of music, from excellent slightly broken up spanky, countryish to Heavy Metal. Not the Nu metal thing though, but not sure I really need to go there.
Its extremely versatile and remarkable sounding at low volumes and sings when cranked.
I have the Guytron 2x12 cab with Scumback speakers in it, which are sounding better every day.

The clean channel accepts drive pedals well for a different sounding crunch as well.

I run my RC booster through the effects loop and it gives me a great lead boost.

Im not sure where Guy is going tonally with his combo amp, definately would love to hear peoples thoughts on them when they see the amps at NAMM. Bet it will be great.
