I had been looking at these guitars for a while, and never pulled the trigger until I saw Brian Scherzer's recommendation a month or so ago. There was only about 3 left of the very limited run.

This is a Hamer Triple Threat Studio custom. Only 25 (or something) made. Hamer Studio Custom features with a few added customizations not found on standard USA Hamers. Brazilian fretboard, Tonepros bridge, 17 degree headstock, custom tapered neck, modeled after a particular original 59 Les Paul, specially selected tops, 1 piece neck.

Needless to say, this guitar has quickly become my #1 guitar. It is amazing. The neck fits my hand perfectly. I love the SD 59s pups. Action, playability, construction, attention to detail are perfect. Equal to PRS quality. I will NEVER sell this guitar.

Thank Brian for triggering this purchase.

looks like a perfect ax!

I love the figure and the 'burst, and yeah, '59s are great in those.

Congrats! I got to play one at Daves in Wisconsin. There were only three dealers allowed to sell these guitars and Daves and Wildwood were two of them (can't remember who else).

I loved the neck and the sound and the look. I was just too short on the cash that day to pull the trigger, something I regret. The guy at the store told me that the designer Jol Dantzig owns five original 50s bursts, and the neck was modeled after his favorite one!

The third dealer is/was Music Machine.

I had read that the neck was modeled about a 59 that the guy at Music Machine owns.

I have a TT as well. It is a very nice guitar. I traded a very beat 62 Jag for it with Dave's over the phone. Those guys are top shelf for sure. I have a set of Holmes that I was thinking about installing but the Duncan's sound really good!!! Enjoy yours...............it's a beauty!!!!! Here's mine.............................................. ......
