Biasing ??? Help.

I have got an amp with an external bias pot, I have got a bias rite adapter kit from weber and I have a multimeter. I have read about how to adjust the bias and what values I should set. I am ready to start biasing my own amp but... I don't know much about electronics and multimeters so what position do I need to set the multimeter at to get my bias reading and which red terminals do I use.

Blk lead to center and red to the right
set to 200 on the DC scale

thanks deeval. What is the DC side. Would that be the 2nd position over to the right of the off position?

DC side is to the left........solid horizontal line with dotted (dashed)horizontal line below.
