Thinking my 4th cd will cover some blues ground. Gonna play within the box, and hope I can play within the pocket (need to improve my timing). Anyway, this is a rough draft of a song, with scratch lead parts. The distorted lead parts are played on my goldtop lp style axe with Fralin P90s into a Soulbender and FDII (first and second solos, respectively) and GT Soul O 45. Think I'm gonna have fun playing the blues, even if I'm not authentic enough.:rotflmao

Well, it's hard to tell what you're using before of all the gain. All the dynamics have disappeared from the "solo". Try it without either pedal.
As it is it sounds like early Mike Oldfield......
Best, Pete.

Dana, link is working fine on my end.
Pete, this is the neck pup which tends to lose dynamics with gain. I was going for what to my ears is a smooth, soft sound, thus with limited dynamics. The Fralins have decent clarity and strong dynamics when played clean. I'll have to look around and see if I have clean clips, but don't recall recording these pups clean to date.
Thanks for the listen.
