The only thing better than a $2.00 Mullard I61 B2** is a free one! I bought a Webcor tape player yesterday because of the jewel hidden within. Pins the needle on my tester. I can't wait to really test it in my Marshall this weekend! Earlier this summer I scored three Bugle Boys from a recorder. I love this stuff.

haha! I also bought a webcor tape player for 20 bucks and got a pair of tests-new mullard EL84s, 2 mullard 12AX7s, a 12AU7, and two sylvania 12AX7s. All tested new!

Great find, but SSSHHHH or someone will figure out our secret!!

Saved a Webcor deck from the dumpster last month and retrieved two good Mullard ECC83 and a pair of black plate GE 6V6GT, still some stuff out there.:)

Recently I found a 2 Mullard EL84s, RCA blackplate, and a nice long plate GE that is not microphonic-each from record players and in great shape-Free!

I enjoy scoring tubes this way-Easy on the budget! But then again, my entire tube collection has cost me very little-even the NOS(NIB).:AOK

Very nice! Cant beat that!:AOK Ive got a couple dozen Mullard short plates but they cost varying prices on ebay. Funny thing is I dont really care for them that much. Just got caught up in a buying frenzy.:messedup
