I've been hankering for a Korina Explorer and finally broke down and ordered one from the Dean Custom Shop, so I'm not interested in this, but it looks sweet so I thought I'd share.

iirc, that guitar used to belong to jimmy vivino and spent some time @ a friend's store. i've played it and it's murduh.....

It's going down in three hours !!!!

I'd love to buy it, but I'm moving and getting a tooth crowned this week so it's not going to happen.

If I were interested but wanted to negiociate, I'd email the seller and ask if he'd consider a lower buy-it-now if it doesn't sell.

I've saved hundreds that way.

Tommy at The Music Zoo used to have that I believe. He wanted to send it out so I could try it, but I just wasn't in the mood at he time. Tommy is a great guy BTW

If it belonged to Jimmy Vivino at some point, it must have something going on. He appears to have a quite ridiculous collection :AOK

It went for the opening bid. If in any way this post helped, it would be great..that's what this board is all about.

I really wish I had been able to pick it up, but with moving (and the tooth) it wasn't in the cards.

Wasn't me. I've been on a guitar buying binge lately and figured it was time to chill a bit.

That kinda money is stupid for a handbuilt korina 'splorer like that, built by Peter Florance, no less!
