Hi Les -
Tone is good . . but I'm not a fan of using the neck pickup in OD. But that's just me. :o
You did some nice things in there. :AOK
Do you usually play with the boost on when in the 80's voice? Personally, I don't like the way my tone sounds with it on (in 80's voice). :(
Try turning your mids up to around 8 or 9 and see how you like it.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for the comments...
I am still trying to dial in a good 80's sound. It seem that the boost gave me a nice fat sound... I'll try it without and see what happens. I'll try your suggestions for the mids too..
The interesting thing about the neck pup on a 335 - this is what Larry uses... I'm trying to dial in his sound. He might have the bright switch on or a bit more treble.
Thanks,
Les

I didn't know that about Larry. My OD with the neck pickup certainly doesn't sound like his. :messedup
I've tried the boost with the 80's voice, and I didn't like it. But that was when I first got it. I'll play around with it some and see if I can get a decent tone with it.
thanks!
Greg
