Pretty convincing. I'd have been grooving to it! :)
Very nice. The vocals sound a lot like Jack Bruce.

I saw Cream the last time they were at MSG. I like your tone better than Clapton's that night. Nice job!

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I really appreciate it. I'll pass it on to Steve (the singer) too.
This was a "corporate" gig. Playing one set to open the last day of meetings for the AZ credit union association. It was in a huge hotel conference room (the dividers were all open). They had a big stage with two movie sized screens on either side for the meeting, we had a smaller (but still the largest stage we've been on up to now) one off to the side. We set up and soundchecked for as long as we wanted the night before, so we got a pretty good mix. We started at 7 AM, and played for about an hour. White Room was just before 8. I was impressed with how well Steve was singing. Personally, I'm pretty croaky for a few hours after I get up, usually. It was kind of fun playing a set then going to have breakfast! I hit the music stores in Tucson afterwards and picked up an RC booster, too, so it was a fulfilling day.
We got this through our posting on the gigmasters web site. We've had pretty good luck there. We've got a wedding party coming up that we got through there, too.

OK since you guys bumped me up again, I'll take this opportunity to once again express my humble thanks and very pleasant surprise regarding all of the positive comments about this tune.
So, Thanks!
LP Blues, that was my R9 with a Darkburst/Crossroads set (covers on) through a Zinky Superfly combo. I guess my Superfly has a more vintage voiced speaker which he doesn't use any more (actually I don't think he makes the combo anymore, either) due to power handling concerns. He had some nu-metal guys blow them up, but he doesn't think it would be a problem for my style and typical volume levels. I like the tone, so I'm keeping them. I'm also on my second round of tubes, and I replaced the recommended Sovtek 5881's with Svetlana 6L6's and I think I've still got Tung Sol 12AX7's all around in the pre-amp stages. I think the reverb driver is an EH. I'm thinking about picking up a set of Tung Sol 5881's based on the reviews.
I used my Fulltone Clyde wah, and an MXR Micro Amp for a clean solo boost.
Thanks again all. I hope my future postings are as well received.

Yes, waiter. I'll have 2 eggs over easy, whole wheat toast with jam, 3 strips of bacon, potato pancakes, grapefruit juice, and a few more decibels of that band across the hall. Good job.

Cool - a second wind.
Yes, it is hard to play that early in the morning. I didn't get a lot of sleep for one thing, since we stayed up for awhile after we finished soundcheck the night before (we finished soundcheck after midnite, probably closer to 1 AM).
I remember it took awhile to get loose and my hands were very tight and crampy for awhile afterwards.
Thanks again for the nice comments everyone.

Hawk,
That was at the El Conquistador in Tucson.
We're based in Phoenix, though.
We're playing at Barwinkles in Glendale December 22 & 23.
Until then we're idle unfortunately.
Anyone have any insight on how to get club owners to call you back...?
