They're all good. Mullard was a brand name of Philips so those two are often, if not always, the same tube.

All of the Old Stock European EF86s are FAR superior to anything made recently. You can't go wrong with any of them.

Any opinions on one being better than another are just that, opinions. There's absolutely no consensus on what sounds best.

I guess I should have asked, "what amp?"......
if it's a combo...get some E80Fs......
combos are the worst situation for an '86......unless you got a case or two.....

Word of warning from personal experience... I've never come across a Mullard EF86 that wasn't at least slightly microphonic. Just an observation from my end of town.

There's never been a tube made that wasn't microphonic. Some are more noticeable than others.

I've sold a few hundred Mullards which have been used successfully in a variety of amps.
