Cooling down a hot amp...?

My Bassman gets really hot after a night of playing. I found this article out on the web. Is this a wise idea and are the components correct? also, will it add noise?

Using a fan can't hurt, but before you do that, have you checked the bias? No sense putting a band aid on the problem when you can cure the disease.

Last I checked, they were running at about 25MV. Do you think this is too hot?
