Bought an Epiphone Valve Jr head that I´m about to mod a bit. Most people in the US put a Hammond 125DSE OT in them in, but I´ve found out that those cost 75 usd here in Sweden...
I´ve just been recommended an British OT by Ampmaker called OT01 http://www.ampmaker.com/ot01x.asp for half the price.
Anyone that knows anyhing about those?

In case that doesn't work out - other well-regarded brands to check out:
Shinrock (Germany)
Mercury / Axiom
Heyerboer (spelling?)
I have no first hand experience with any above but I'm sure others do...

Just finished building the SE-5A kit from Ampmaker which uses the OTO1 and am extremely pleased with the results. I am by no means a transformer expert but have no reason to question the quality (& value) of the British transformer. Also found Ampmaker great to deal with and was very happy with my purchase (despite the high cost of shipping to the USA).

I just finished doing a Valve Jr for a guy and did NOT replace the output tranny. True it is a crappy looking little thing - but the finished amp sounded just fine. It might just sound better with the tranny, but go ahead and do the rest first, then see if you still feel the need.
