I've got a hard-wired combo here (the speaker is hardwired to the chassis), and I want to put a plug on the end to use the chassis with different cabs. Does the + or - side of the speaker go in the CENTER of the 1/4 inch plug?

...with speakers, it's not usually that important, however, the general "rule-of-thumb" is (+) goes to HOT (center) and (-) goes to ground (outside).
...the important thing is that ALL the (+)'s be either connected together (parallel wiring) or aligned to go the same direction (series wiring).

Cool. Thanks. I kind of figured "+ to center", but wanted to check.
