Back To Basics Test Clip

Just installed a new M-Audio 2496 full-duplex sound card in my old PC and recorded a straight up bluesy/jazzy thing for about a minute.

Schecter Tele through my old Boogie amp ... MIDI drums through Fluid SF2 sound fonts and my Yamaha bass.

Testing for levels and tone ... I think it sounded OK for a simple test. :rolleyes:

No input ... maybe there's no interest ... but if it sounds bad ... it's OK to tell me. :confused:

I'm pleased with these quick test tracks. I'm going to keep working it ... I think I'm on the right track. The latency problem is gone and I seem to have most of the bugs worked out of the hardware ... PC settings and all.

Once I'm done with that I can start creating some material with a little thought behind it. :)
