hello i am working on a project guitar and i am having some problems. the guitar is a Jackson RR with Seymour Duncan pickups and a Floyd rose tremolo and i am have bought all the parts on eBay and planed on just putting it together. well i think i got the pick ups wired correctly but i having problems with the neck and the tremolo the neck is very ringy i think it may be warped or something because no matter how high i raise the action it still buzzes and i don't think i really think i bolted it on right how is it normally done?? and i really don't understand the tremolo system either if you could walk me through that that would be awesome thanks a lot

Do you have any tension on the rod? That would be the first place I'd look in regards to the buzzing. Is the locking nut tightly locked? Check those two things.
Walking you through the set up and maintenance of a Floyd is a bit much to do here...maybe someone could point out a good online tutorial.

If the strings are only buzzing on the open strings then your lock nut is to low and will need to be shimmed up. If the buzzing continues on the first few frets then the neck is probably over-tightened and will need to be relaxed. If the fret buzz continues all the way up the neck then dunno if you have the action as high as you say.

If he just bolted this thing together, it could be any number of things...truss rod tension, nut height, neck angle, bridge height...
RhoadsRock82, if you haven't dealt with assembling guitars before, or even simple set ups, you need to take this thing to a tech.
