Modding my Fender Bassman head...

hey folks...looking for something cool to do to the first channel of my 67 Fender Bassman Head...any suggestions for cool mods?

I just talked with Scott at Vistalux Amps (http://www.vistaluxamps.com) about this very thing. What he does is take the bass channel and turn it into a Super. To accomplish this, he takes a gain stage out of the right channel, so it basically cleans it up a bit. Don't quote me on the price, but I think he said $250 for the whole deal. Sounds like a cool idea, anyhow.

$250 sounds like a lot of money to bypass 1 stage..
