How simple/complicated is it to install a bias pot in an Ampeg V-4B?

I've owned one for close to a year and just measured the bias with a probe a few days ago - 15mA! I'm running JJ 6L6s in it. It should definitely be around 35 mA.

How much would a good tech charge for such a prodecure?

It's not that difficult a job. It would involve removing a resister and replacing it with another resister and a trim pot ....a couple dollars in parts and whatever the techs bench time is worth. I'd guess $50 or so depending on time and degree of difficulty.
