Why not buy some NOS? 12AT7's are cheap enough and well worth it. Mike at KCA will hook you up.

At $12 per JAN Philips, thats an absolute steal for a phase inverter or reverb driver compared to ANY current production 12AT7 out there.
Post CBS Fender reverb driver tubes can get pushed real hard due to the different (often a lower value than design should demand) biasing resistors that were used there by CBS..... and its amazing how often I come across a Philips 12AT7 still functioning in that socket after 35 or more years of abuse from running hot.
