6v6 and 8" speaker recommendations

I am looking rather casually at getting some tubes and speakers for one of my amps.

Does anybody make really efficient 8" speakers? Something that gets louder then the Weber Sigs?

Who makes high qualit 6v6 tubes? Nos is ok too.
