Reverend Kingsnake 20/60 combo Schematic?

Hi,

does anyone have a schematic for this particular amp? My dad's fixed mine without a schematic after a cold test revealed 3 blown 100k resistors - the amp is working fine now but I would feel better if I had a schematic around to work with for the future.

I emailed reverend 3 days ago but am still waiting for a reply from them about the schematic.
