Where is the best place that currently has tapes for a TTE?

Direct from Fulltone.
As I understand it, Fuller has gotten his hands on every single last inch of tape that he could find.

Here is a link to the FULLTONE site:
http://www.fulltone.com/ETC-1.asp
It states:
"NOT FOR SALE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN TTE OWNERS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The reason I don't sell these to anyone else is that there is no more Tape being made, the last factory, EMTEC, shut down in 2002 or so. So what I have done is try and buy up all the stock I could around the world (which isn't a lot) and as I find more I will try and loosen this rule. I owe it to TTE owners to have tapes available for them during my lifetime."
I bought a Fulltone replacement cartridge for my Echoplex on ebay last night. They are available there periodically.

Wow, it sounds as if you'd better stock up.

There are other sources for tape other than Fulltone.
You can get replacement cartridges from Mike Battle, the inventor of the Echoplex, here:

Thanks for the input.
I have a new TTE tape if you want it, not sure what it's worth, but I bought it when I bought a TTE, which I sold.
PM me if you are interested. I never used it.
The fulltone site for the tapes didn't seem to be working so I ordered mine from musictoyz.com.

You can get the fulltone tapes off Ebay for 30 bucks or order directly from Mike Battle.
