hi everyone,
my 1965 Tremolux is sick, and it's all my fault :(
you see, I put the amp in a 2x10 cabinet, and the cable I took from the amp's output to link to the speakers' ends wasn't soldered....it just had them female-clips that went onto the speaker ends.
sooo.....while playing at a rehearsal, my amp went dead :(
one of the cables linking on the speakers had popped off...I guess maybe the vibrations from the speakers jerked them off!! :jo
I'm looking for a reliable tech in London that can fix this for me without ripping me off (I have little to non-existing know-how of amplifiers)...I've been told on another messageboard that my output transistor must be blown
many thanks
Yannis
