two different polarized threads in the last couple of days. So what's your preference?

You need a fretless option for Ed.

Depends on the necks.

Fender necks with a 7-1/4"R. fingerboard, I prefer vintage style Fender frets.

Depends on the guitar, but lately, I like small ones on everything. Don't know why.

Oh... and from now on... they MUST be Stainless Steel... I'm hooked.

Fender "American Standard", Gibson Med/jumbo Historic, and the standard PRS frets all feel right to me. Fender vintage are too low for clean bends but something like 6105s or 6100s are too tall and get in the way when sliding up and down the fretboard.

6105's work for me!

6105 or vintage on strats or teles on gibsons jumbo is good. I can't stand big frets on strats or teles kills the vibe for me.
