Im playing a few acoustic covers by Staind, Pink Floyd, and some other bands.
I will be plugged in straight into the PA. Should I bring a reverb pedal to make my sound bigger?
This is the 'venue'

Its not completely closed. Its half outdoor.

Does the P.A. have on-board effects? If the venue is half outside then you definately want to use some reverb. I play a lot of outdoor solo acoustic gigs and I wouldn't do a gig without reverb. Outside your sound just goes off to infinity which can make it sound very dry to the audience. I never lay it on thick, but reverb just adds that little bit of extra depth on an acoustic guitar.
Good luck on the gig!

Whats a good reverb pedal for my situation? I don't really have a budget for this one.

Hey, bchamorro, I use this: http://www.alesis.com/products/nanoverb/
Not really a pedal, but it's small amd light, with a good selection of different 'verbs plus some other effects. Available at most on-line retailers for about one Franklin.
James Russell's advice is right on, don't get carried away with reverb. Just enough to thicken up your sound a little is all you need.

Digitech Digiverb is an acceptable unit.

Why not see if the PA has reverb...then you don't have to have a pedal.

I'd add a chorus pedal if you have one. A bit of chorus on solo acoustic is nice. Maybe not on everytune, though.

The Alesis stuff is fine. In a live setting you don't need to spend a ton of money on studio quality reverb. I have a couple of ancient Alesis Microverb II's that are always in my gigbag. Even pedals like the Line 6 Verbzilla would get you there for not too much money.

Which one do you guys think sounds better?
Holy Grail or Verbzilla?

I've got a Verbzilla that I like. Do a search here on TGP for both. There are lots of reviews. I bought the Verbzilla based on quite a few critical reviews that I read about the Holy Grail, though I have not tried the Grail.
I have no complaints about the Verbzilla after having it for nine months.

Get an Alesis Midiverb 3 on eBay for $50. Tommy Emmnauel uses one for live stuff.

If you want to, just don't get carried away. I use a little from the board - always on, but just a little. Those micro/nano/pico units from Alesis do a great job. It's more important that the sound is full and you play pretty cleanly. Solo is tough, especially if you have to do a full night. Good luck.
I used to use a Vibro Champ w/JBL adding a small amount of the tube vibrato. Sounded great but that doesn't help you at the moment. Old rack units are a good deal and have better sound than a pedal in the <$100 price range. Many will have multiple effects to choose from, as well as enhanced ability to tweak them. Art and Alesis made decent ones.

I prefer to use delay for this purpose, and often set up my multi-fx pedal with two different delay times to simulate reverb.
