Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the broken shaft of a pot?

Just replace the pot with the same value...

I would save my vintage pot replaceng only the shaft, is it possible?

It might be possible to disassemble the pot and replace the shaft and wiper, but it will probably be pretty tough and require some metal work as I think the shaft is press fit to the wiper. I have taken vintage pots apart to clean them before, but never tried replacing the shaft. Just get a good quality replacement and throw it in there, it shouldn't hurt the value of the amp. Besides, amps are for playing...not for museums. :)

Even if having the original pot added some desirable value to the amp, it probably would no longer do so after "repairing" it since it would no longer be original.
I agree with "just replace the pot".
