Anyone still use a Pearce bass preamp? What is your opinion of it?
I picked up one in good shape a while ago and really like its sound and features, awesome pawnshop prize material for sure. I heard that Billy Sheehan (and some other pros) used one for a while, but I think it was modded specially for his taste. I would love to build a tube version someday with similar features; we shall see...
