Has anyone performed the plate resistor mod to the Vox AC 30CC? This would be from 100k to 220k. Ive seen on the plexi palace that this makes the amp sound much better. Any ideas or suggestions for mods to this amp?

I have made the preamp plate resistor mod. I liked it. More Voxy tone.

I just did the "put in some NOS tubes" mod and it sounds awesome! :)

I also did a speaker upgrade to the Eminence Red Fangs. Rad.
