Here's a new recording of a old song of mine. My friend Charlie Wooten played fretless bass ... and it's in tune about 85% of the time which is pretty good. The drummer's is name is Jack Jones.
The guitar is my cheap Danelectro baritone.

Dug it Joe. It was cool meeting you and Charlie the other night. Sorry for the caterwauling on your strat- it was fun and I love the way it played. I could've used a bit of warm-up(!) but I don't think the family cared. I've been playing the LP for so long now I almost forget how to play fenders! I like the lyrics on this one too. Let's catch up for that scotch sometime.

...you definitely have your own sound happening...and it's real, real good. At times, the tune had a Grateful Dead/Meat Puppets vibe to me. I loves me a grilled cheese sandwich!
...and for some reason, I just now got your "handle." I love Strats too!

John, Thanks for props. I did this in my basement studio. I think the drums came out pretty good. I just used two overheads (ATM450s) and a Shure 52 beta on the kick.
Cheers
