The best reverbs have always been Lexicon
Why don't they mnake a reverb pedal and put delays in there too.
TC has one now and Eventide probablly will have one soon as well.
But Lexcion has the best reverbs for guitars. Especially their random Hall algorithm.
Opinions?

+1000.
Lexicon seems very poorly managed. Outside the 80 and 90, they have late, lame, me-too products that never get traction.
They are way behind on this. I wonder if they're even trying to do it now that they see that TC and Eventide are. It's a joke.
BTW, my MPX-100 froze after I used for ir for an hour, a year after I bought it. They charge $90 to look at it, andit cost $150. Can you say contempt for the consumer?
Even so, their stuff sounds great, and I'd very much like to see a Nova or Timefactor style product from them. This year.

the lexicon of the 80's hasn't existed since, well, the 80's. i no longer remember the details that brought that state on, whether from mismanagement, it getting sold or folded into another company, but the person that told me was in a position within the industry to know.

Lexicon was bought by Harman International in the mid to late 90's they also own JBL, Infinity, Mark Levinson, Digitech etc... The big money maker at Lexicon now is very high end home theater audio equipment sold in boutique type stores so there was a shift in philosophy.

I use my lexicon vortex as my main reverb tool. Great unit.

Don't rule out that Damage Control Glass Nexus. I recently got a used one, and I am astounded by the quality of the effects--including the reverb and delay. You can have what you want, it's just not a Lexicon.

I got a MPX-110 of ebay for 60 bucks, it should be here tomorrow, Bill Frisell uses the MPX-100, MPX-110 is basically the same thing but 24 bit instead of 20 bit. I was all about my amps spring (twin) until I tried my friends Lexicon, I think he has a MPX-1 or something like that, so sweet sounding.

I'll take an updated version of the old Jamman rack.
