A little more routing under the pickguard than I had hoped for, but it’s a nice piece of mahogany and nice dark streaky rosewood board too.
Upgrades include:

WCR Goodwood bridge / Crossroads neck (pulled the covers off and found these underneath)
RS premium vintage electronics kit including braided wire, switchcraft switch & jack, CTS pots, and Jensen paper & oil caps.
50’s wiring
Gotoh lightweight aluminum tailpiece (top wrapped)
Gotoh vintage style locking tuners with retrofit bushingsHas killer tone, woody with lots of overtones and hot-rodded vintage vibe thing going on. It’s a bit bitey on the treble, and has a distinct upper mids darkness going on. But I think that’s what gives it the growl because while not as warm or sustaining as my R7, it has a rude attitude that’s hard to describe. My only desire at the moment is to see if I can get the bridge closer to the strings for a little more fatness/output, (will raising the screws help?)

In a nutshell, this thing rocks and should last me at least a month ;)

I dig the look. Raising the screws only makes it a bit louder and brighter. I would lower the neck pickups and raise the screws on that one. Then raise the bridge pickup a bit. Good luck!

Nice job! I like the color of the guitar and the pups just work with it. A real rock & blues machine. :AOK

Nice look - very 'custom' in a 70's/retro sort of way; hip.

Sweet Sg, the cream pups look great! I 've got an RS wiring upgrade going into my Les Paul Studio this weekend. If it makes a big difference I might do the same with my SG Special.

Is that a Naturalburst Standard? Haven't seen one that dark. It looks great.
