Does the 69 Super Reverb use this circuit, or had they changed?

'69 SR would most likely be AB568 with the "quasi-cathode bias" and changed PI plate resistors and decoupling capacitors...ie: the "CBS-changes"

From what I've noticed the AB763 circuit was used into the spring of '68... but the AB763 tube charts remained well into '69.

My '71 SFDR has an original chart that says "AB763" on it. Stamps on SF charts are :NUTS
