I bought a couple of speakers uses that were supposed to be 4ohm. Now I am seeing they are 3.2. Can I still use them?

That's typically what the DC resistance will read for a 4 ohm speaker. You have the correct speakers and they will be fine, provided the power capacity is adequate for your amp.
