I need a custom cable made to use my Rocktron Replifex to switch channels on my Rivera K100. The Rocktron uses a TRS cable and the footswitch for the Rivera is an 8 PIN DIN. Does anyone know a company that can build a cable such as this? I have been having some difficulty finding a company that will do this.

Thanks!

You would need specs for the interface at each end in order for someone to build this. It might involve more than just a cable.

I do have the specs for the pins on the amp switching cable and for the tip ring sleve on the Replifex. I believe that would be all that is needed. Do you know of someone who can help?

Funny you should mention them. I tried Mario there and he responded that he no longer manuractures cables to other companies switching products. Any other thoughts?

If all you want to do is channel switch, just do a simple mod that would involve drilling and adding a standard 1/4" mono jack to the back of your amp chasis. Tap the ground and switch leg from your 8 pin at the board...you said you have the pin specs for that connector right?

You could then use the other functions along with your stock footswitch. Otherwise, I think you would be abandoning all other switching functions by going 8 pin to TS/TRS.

Thanks Fuchsaudio! Ron is indeed the man. He is making the cable for me. I will be able to swich channels and operate one of the boosts which is exactly what I am looking for. No more tap dancing for me!
