Skreddy ?
Zvex Fuzz Factory
DOD FX-17 Wah

BOSS OC-2 Octave
BOSS CS-2 Compressor
Boss PQ-4 Parametric EQ
Boss TU-2 Tuner

HBE Psilocybe Phaser
Freakshow Digilog Delay
Maxon AD-999 Analog Delay
Dr. Scientist Tremolessence

What else is missing here? :BEER Thanks!!!

Tuner, Fuzzes, Wah, Octave,, Phaser, Trem, Delays.

Compressor and EQ should go before or after depending on what you are trying to do with your tone.

Some of the connections will be dictated by tones you are trying to achieve (eg phaed trem or trem-d phase etc)
I would be concerned about the interaction between some of the buffered & non buffered pedals particularly the fuzzes. A looper (eg loooper) would help with this as well as allow for some 1 click multiple switch options.
I have a 4 loop hard bypass switcher that goes

1. wah then fuzz
2. overdrive
3. delay then phase
4 trem then reverb

Beyond that, Compressors normally come early in the chain & I would place the eq & octave to taste

I'm definitely concerned about interaction btw the buffered/ non-buffered pedals... So far I have been told by to keep the wah out of the loop, which I'm goona do (with a loooper), but I think some of the BOSS pedals also act as buffers... Should I keep all of the Boss pedals out of the loop, or does this not matter so much?

Not sure yet of my preference for trem/ phase... Which one is typically before the other?

The simple answer is use your ears.
You can tell if a buffered effect is interfering with a non as the tone will be very different than without the buffered pedal in the chain.
Either the frequncy range will be diffferent (dull, lo-fi ish) or it will feel weird.
I think the best thing to do is think about the tones you want & then chain the pedals accordingly. Most likely you will find an order that gives you the most flexiblility & then some alternates that you will use occasionally for different textures
eg I like my wah before dirt. If I am using phase & delay together I like the tails of my delays to be phased because i think this is a more audible effect than echoing a phaser.
given the above, I chain my pedals wah, dirt, delay, phase.
This can also be sound/song specific eg I normally like dirt into delay, but if a singer told me they wanted an overdriven solo that sounded like The Edge, the first thing I would do is put the delay before the dirt because that produces a completely different sound, & one that I associate with the edge.
Likewise wah after fuzz sounds like an analog synth to me.
Let me know how it works out for you

ps often trem is one of the last things in the chain, primarily because it began as an effect built into the amp.

That said, trem at the start of the fx chain (eg into dirt) is very cool.

Phase originally came from tape manipulation of recordings, so originally it would be the very last thing in the chain, but if you put it before dirt, again, different texture!
